Welcome to the TikTok App integration for Postiz (the “App”), developed and operated by nguyenlnp.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Our App allows you to manage all your social media content in one place and specifically facilitates the publication and management of content on TikTok.

By authenticating and using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App or revoke access via your TikTok account settings.

2. Relationship to TikTok

This App utilizes the TikTok Application Programming Interface (API) but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved in any way by TikTok. By using this App, you also agree to be bound by the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Community Guidelines.

3. Acceptable Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service, TikTok’s Terms of Service, or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, uptime, or functionality of the App. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to suspended TikTok accounts or lost content.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
